Session 1: Communication Skills (9:00 AM – 10:30 AM)
Objective: Improve verbal and non-verbal communication skills.
Activities:
Interactive Lecture on Effective Communication (30 mins)
· Importance of communication skills.
· Components of effective communication: active listening, clarity, and empathy.
Active Listening Exercises (30 mins)
· Paired activities where one student speaks and the other practices active listening.
· Feedback on listening skills.
Public Speaking and Presentation Skills (30 mins)
· Tips for confident speaking.
· Short impromptu speeches by students.
Session 2: Teamwork and Collaboration (10:45 AM – 12:00 PM)
Objective: Foster teamwork and cooperative skills.
Activities:
Team-Building Activities (45 mins)
· Marshmallow Challenge: Teams build the tallest structure using spaghetti, tape, string, and a marshmallow.
· Group Jigsaw Puzzles: Each team assembles a puzzle piece by piece.

Discussion on Collaboration (30 mins)
· Importance of teamwork.
· Respecting diverse perspectives and roles.
Session 3: Conflict Resolution and Problem-Solving (1:00 PM – 2:30 PM)
Objective: Develop skills to handle conflicts constructively.
Activities:
Workshop on Conflict Resolution (45 mins)
· Types of conflicts and common causes.
· Steps to resolve conflicts peacefully.
Role-Playing Exercises (30 mins)
· Conflict scenarios for students to act out and resolve.
Problem-Solving Techniques (15 mins)
· Strategies for effective problem-solving.
· Group activity to solve a hypothetical problem.
Session 4: Building Healthy Relationships (2:45 PM – 4:00 PM)
Objective: Understand the dynamics of healthy relationships.
Activities:
Interactive Lecture on Healthy vs. Unhealthy Relationships (30 mins)
· Characteristics of healthy relationships.
· Warning signs of unhealthy relationships.
Group Discussions on Trust, Respect, and Boundaries (30 mins)
· Importance of trust and respect.
· Setting and respecting personal boundaries.
Empathy and Compassion Activities (15 mins)
· Exercises to practice empathy.
· Group sharing of empathetic experiences.
session 5: Counseling Program Introduction (4:00 PM – 5:00 PM).
Objective: Introduce students to the benefits of counselling and provide initial support.
Activities:
Overview of the Counseling Program (15 mins)
· Benefits and importance of counselling.
· How to access counselling services.
Group Counseling Session (30 mins)
· Address common teenage concerns.
· Q&A session with a counsellor.
Information on Further Support (15 mins)
· Resources and contact information for ongoing support.
