Care Worker Policy
EYEMATES, in partnership with the People’s Welfare and Social Development Charitable Society, provides high-quality home-based care services for seniors, emphasizing safety, respect, and dignity. Our Geriatric Care Workers are thoroughly vetted, with mandatory documentation like police clearance, references, and qualification verification, ensuring reliability and professionalism.
Care assignments are temporary, with responsibilities outlined in a formal document that workers sign, detailing duties, timelines, and reporting requirements. Daily check-ins with a Nursing Supervisor ensure accountability and consistent quality of care. Workers are expected to maintain a high standard of professionalism and client respect, with a clear policy for handling complaints. EYEMATES reserves the right to monitor all care activities and upholds strict compliance with legal standards, sharing necessary documentation with authorities as required.
