Payment Gateway Usage Policy Resolution
WHEREAS, EYEMATES FOUNDATION FOR RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT, a registered non-profit organization, provides both voluntary (free) and non-voluntary (paid) services in the areas of health, development, and social welfare;
WHEREAS, the Foundation recognizes the importance of ensuring clarity and compliance in the application of payment services and intends to use payment gateway services strictly for payable transactions;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT:
1. Payment gateway services shall not be used for any voluntary services provided by the Foundation, including but not limited to:
o Blood donation forums
o Geriatric care volunteer services
o Any other services offered free of cost
2. Payment gateway services shall only be used for non-voluntary and payable services, including:
o Consultancy services
o Counseling services
o Geriatric care services
3. Programs fully funded by the government or third-party organizations, which do not require payment from beneficiaries, shall not be processed through payment gateway services.
4. The management is authorized to communicate this to the relevant payment gateway service providers and take all steps necessary to ensure full compliance.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Effective for Payable (Non-Voluntary) Services Only
EYEMATES FOUNDATION FOR RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing services in the areas of health, development, and social welfare. Our services include both voluntary (free of cost) and non-voluntary (payable) components.
This policy applies only to payable services such as:
- Geriatric care services
- Counseling services
- Consultancy services
1. Cancellation Policy
1.1 Cancellation requests must be made within 2 days of booking a payable service.
1.2 Cancellations may not be possible once the service has been scheduled or delivered in part or full.
1.3 Voluntary services, including blood donation forums and geriatric volunteer services, are not subject to this policy as they are offered free of charge.
1.4 For government or organization-funded programs where beneficiaries are not required to pay, this cancellation policy is not applicable.
2. Refund Policy
2.1 Refunds will be considered only for valid cancellation requests made within the stipulated timeframe (see Section 1.1).
2.2 If a service was not delivered or delivered in an unsatisfactory manner, users must report the issue within 3 days of service delivery.
2.3 The Foundation will evaluate the complaint and process refunds based on its internal assessment.
2.4 Approved refunds will be credited within 7 working days, to the original payment method or as otherwise agreed.
2.5 No refunds are applicable for voluntary services or fully funded (free) programs.
