·         Steps to develop a strong personality.

Confidence-Building Exercises (30 mins)

·         Activities to boost self-confidence.

·         Group activities focusing on positive self-talk.

Positive Attitude Exercises (30 mins)

·         Importance of a positive mindset.

·         Activities to reinforce positive thinking.

 

Session 2: Interview Preparation (10:45 AM – 12:00 PM)

Objective: Prepare students for job and college interviews.

Activities:

Workshop on Interview Skills (30 mins)

·         Common interview questions and how to answer them.

·         Tips for a successful interview.

Mock Interviews (45 mins)

·         Students pair up to conduct mock interviews.

·         Peer feedback and constructive criticism.

 

Session 3: Resume Writing and Job Application Skills (1:00 PM – 2:30 PM)

Objective: Equip students with skills to create impressive resumes and job applications.

Activities:

Lecture on Resume Components (30 mins)

·         Tips for creating an impactful resume.

Hands-On Resume Drafting (45 mins)

·         Students draft their resumes with guidance.

Session 4: Career Counseling (2:45 PM – 4:00 PM)
